AML & RG Team lead

Responsibilities: 

• Daily/weekly and monthly reporting to HoD
• Managing the team (performance reviews, sick leaves, annual leaves etc)
• Overseeing and optimising the workflow within the team
• Communicating with 3rd party providers 
• Creating and implementing new procedures/processes 
• Liaising with other departments on matters related to AML/RG
• Ensuring readiness for new license/brand launches 
• Recruitment (creating hiring requirements, conducting interviews etc)
• Ensuring team is sufficiently trained to conduct daily tasks 
• Ensuring newcomers are onboarded well and integrated into the team
• Forecasting to ensure headcount is appropriate for the amount of work

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in AML/RG in a team lead level position 
• iGaming/Fintech experience;
• Knowledge of English (B2+);
• Investigative skills;
• Analytical skills;
• Documentation management skills;
• Attention to details;
• Critical thinking.
