πŸ•˜ Office Hours: Monday to Friday (9-18) with one shift (14-23) per week to support agents during peak periods.

 

βœ… Main Responsibilities:

βœ”οΈ Provide leadership to a team of 20+ employees, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

βœ”οΈ Conduct training and development sessions for team members.

βœ”οΈ Handle escalated complaints effectively.

βœ”οΈ Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

βœ”οΈ Ensure smooth operation of customer support workflows, including ticket management, live chat, email responses, and phone support.

βœ”οΈ Maintain quality assurance processes to uphold the highest service standards.

βœ”οΈ Work towards monthly targets to improve key performance indicators such as Customer Satisfaction levels and response times.

βœ”οΈ Assist the CS Department in achieving quarterly targets by suggesting and executing solutions.

βœ”οΈ Collaborate internally and externally to address and resolve matters efficiently.

βœ”οΈ Communicate with customers when necessary.

βœ”οΈ Identify issues and implement solutions by analyzing data and customer feedback.

βœ”οΈ Utilize data to identify trends and report findings to the Head of Support daily.

βœ… Must Skills:

βœ”οΈ Excellent Finnish and English proficiency.

βœ”οΈ Experience managing CS agents handling chats and emails.

βœ”οΈ Knowledge of CS processes and flows in chats.

βœ”οΈ Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

βœ”οΈ Leadership, training, and multitasking abilities.

βœ”οΈ Experience in data analysis.

βœ… Good to Have:

βœ”οΈ Experience with ZenDesk.

βœ”οΈ Advanced Excel knowledge.

βœ”οΈ Experience in a call center.

βœ”οΈ Public speaking skills.
