Globally, we’re a team of 60+ Slingers across Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.
We’re now searching for an Account Manager and a Senior Account Manager to join our Australian team who has an interest in working with brands that are pushing boundaries.
The role you’ll play
As an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager you will have the opportunity to partner directly with founders and CEOs to drive integrated communications campaigns, craft stories for wide-reaching channels and mentor junior team members. You are a natural leader and hub of knowledge when it comes to the media, leveraging your contacts to secure opportunities and sharing your expertise with clients and teams.
Beyond the client work, you will have access to strong mentorship, learning and development opportunities, as well as a great team culture. As we like to say: we take our work seriously but not ourselves!
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Have 4-6+ years experience in PR & communications, preferably at a PR agency
- Excited to work across B2B tech space, whether its local start ups or global brands entering the market, with a black book of media relationships to boot
- Consider yourself ‘culture soaked’ and plugged into what’s trending and happening both on and offline
- Have a mix of skills; be it media relations, social media, influencer programs, content, events, activations, corporate communications, crisis management or stakeholder engagement
- Be an awesome campaign manager, with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities and keep everything moving in the right direction
- Have high EQ. We're a team-first company.
