Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Supplier Coordinator
Summary
The Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) Supplier Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of ICA data from external suppliers to ensure compliance with airworthiness regulations. This role is essential for an eVTOL OEM, as it ensures that the maintenance and operational data for all supplied components and systems are accurate, complete, and integrated into the final aircraft's ICA. The coordinator acts as the primary liaison between the company's engineering and airworthiness teams and the various component suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Supplier Data Management: Collect, track, and manage all ICA-related documentation from suppliers.
- Data Vetting and Integration: Review supplier ICA data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency with the eVTOL's overall design and regulatory requirements (e.g., FAA, EASA). Integrate supplier data into the company's master ICA document.
- Coordination and Communication: Act as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding ICA requirements. Work closely with internal engineering, program management, and certification teams to resolve any data discrepancies or technical issues.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all ICA documents adhere to relevant aviation regulations and standards. Assist in preparing ICA data for submission to airworthiness authorities.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to the ICA data management process to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
- Record Keeping: Maintain a detailed and organized system for all supplier ICA documents, revisions, and correspondence.
- Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to supplier ICA data.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related technical field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an aviation-related field, with a focus on airworthiness, technical publications, or aircraft maintenance documentation.
- Experience working with suppliers and managing technical data is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FAA Part 23/25, 27/29, EASA CS-23/25, CS-27/29, or Part 21.
- Skills:
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with technical data management systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the eVTOL, UAM (Urban Air Mobility), or AAM (Advanced Air Mobility) industries.
- Knowledge of an aircraft's full lifecycle, from design and certification to operations and maintenance.
- Experience with a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system.
- Familiarity with ATA (Air Transport Association) chapters and standards.

Working Hours
- Flextime or Discretionary labor system
- In the case of flextime: No core time
- Discretionary Labor System: Specialized Class Deemed working hours per day: 10 hours
- Basic working hours: Start 9:00 End 18:00(Including 1hour break time)
- Overtime Work: Available
Holidays
- 115 days off per year(Saturday / Sundays / Newyear holidays(12/29~1/3) / Company designated holidays)

Salary
- Estimated Annual Salary: JPY 6,850,000 - JPY 11,500,000
- Monthly Salary: JPY 571,000 - JPY 959,000
- Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours, amounting to JPY 197,680 - JPY 331,997
*Additional overtime pay will be provided for hours exceeding the fixed overtime.
