Outline of the Job

This position is to lead project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. You apply best practices in project management and provide support to ensure the entire team achieves strategic objectives.

業務内容

  • Develop and execute project plans. Establish goals, schedules, and manage projects from the perspectives of quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Select, implement, and manage project management tools. Introduce and utilize appropriate tools for tasks management, progress tracking, and resource management.
  • Regularly report project status and deliverables. Report project progress, issues, and risks from the perspectives of quality, cost, and delivery to management and stakeholders, and propose appropriate actions.
  • Promote best practices in project management.

Essential Skills

  • 5+ years of project management experience in mobility-related projects
  • Experience using project management tools. Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, etc., is necessary
  • Strong understanding of eVTOL or aircraft technology and development processes.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Project management related certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) or in-depth understanding of PMBOK
  • Experience in project management in the aerospace or consulting industry.
  • Technical background and knowledge in design, analysis, manufacturing, testing, etc.

  • A person who can think spontaneously and proceed with things while checking with his/her supervisor
  • Have a strong curiosity to acquire necessary knowledge spontaneously.
  • Have the tenacity to solve difficult problems.

 


Type of Employment

  • Permanent Employee or Contract Employee
  • Probationary period: 3~6 month

Place of Employment

  • Nagoya Airport Office: Nagoya Airport Terminal Building 2nd floor, Toyoba, Toyoyama-Cho, Nishikasugai, Aichi Prefecture
  • Scope of Change: Places determined by the Company (including places where telework is performed)

Working Hours

  • Flextime or Discretionary labor system
  • Basic working hours: Start 9:00 End 18:00(Including 1hour break time)

Holidays

  • 115 days off per year(Saturday / Sundays / Newyear holidays(12/29~1/3) / Company designated holidays)
  • Annual paid leave
  • Refresh leave (Granted after 1, 3, 4, 5 years of service)

Salary

  • Annual salary paid in 12 monthly installments (including fixed overtime allowance)
  • To be determined based on skills, experience, and abilities

  • Commuting allowance, business trip allowance, moving allowance, etc.
