Safety Team Member

Outline of the Job

As a Safety Professional in the eVTOL industry, you will do the safety analysis  for  our SD-05 eVTOL. You will play a key role in helping to achieve safety and performance standards through understanding and applying regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Working with the team, this position will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from the safety  strategies to implementation.

Key Responsibility

  • To support the safety analysis and V&V activities required for the development of SD-05 aircraft.

  • To perform system level safety analysis including creation of FHA, SSA, FTA, CMA, ZSA and PRA.

  • Creation of derived safety requirements and interface with Design teams and suppliers to conduct design reviews and V&V activities.

Essential Skills

  • ARP4761, ARP4754, DO-178, DO-254, CAFTA, MS Office

Desirable Skills

  • Expertise in eVTOL or electric aircraft
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Team oriented and effective communicator.

Type of Employment

  • Permanent Employee or Contract Employee
  • Probationary period: 3~6 month

Place of Employment

  • Nagoya Airport Office: Nagoya Airport Terminal Building 2nd floor, Toyoba, Toyoyama-Cho, Nishikasugai, Aichi Prefecture
    • Measures to Prevent Secondhand Smoke: Smoking Room Provided
  • Scope of Change: Places determined by the Company (including places where telework is performed)

Working Hours

  • Flextime or Discretionary labor system
    • n the case of flextime: No core time
    • Discretionary Labor System: Specialized Class Deemed working hours per day: 10 hours
  • Basic working hours: Start 9:00 End 18:00(Including 1hour break time)
    • Overtime Work: Available

Holidays

  • 115 days off per year(Saturday / Sundays / Newyear holidays(12/29~1/3) / Company designated holidays)
  • Annual paid leave
  • Refresh leave (Granted after 1, 3, 4, 5 years of service)

Salary

  • Estimated Annual Salary: JPY 6,850,000 - JPY 10,280,000
  • Monthly Salary: JPY 571,000 - JPY 857,000
    • Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours, amounting to JPY 197,680 - JPY 296,697
      *Additional overtime pay will be provided for hours exceeding the fixed overtime.
