Role Overview

As the ERP Controller, you will manage delivery schedules of parts to the aircraft assembly line and directly report into the Operational Procurement Manager. The core accountabilities for this role include supplier relationship management and planning delivery schedules for a given mix of suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • By proactively identifying and working with the relevant stakeholders in addressing and resolving risks which would impact delivery and inventory performance
  • Be the first point of contact with regards to delivery for the supply chain.
  • Support the incorporation of new products by ensuring suppliers are executing agreed material and delivery plans
  • Ensure there is sufficient Load & Capacity in the supply chain
  • Support supplier capability assessment and development
  • You must be open to traveling up to 25% of the time domestically/internationally.

Team Mission

The Operational Procurement team transforms the customer demand into parts supply by coordinating closely with the supply chain, the customer and the various related groups such as Engineering and Strategic Procurement. The Operational Procurement team is part of the Supply Chain Management function.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in supply chain management
  • Experience in planning and management of inventory control.

Desirable

  • Business Japanese and English
  • Aerospace experience
  • Experience with Oracle Netsuite

Type of Employment

  • Permanent Employee or Contract Employee
  • Probationary period: 3~6 month

Place of Employment

  • Nagoya Airport Office: Nagoya Airport Terminal Building 2nd floor, Toyoba, Toyoyama-Cho, Nishikasugai, Aichi Prefecture
  • Scope of Change: Places determined by the Company (including places where telework is performed)

Working Hours

  • Flextime or Discretionary labor system
  • Basic working hours: Start 9:00 End 18:00(Including 1hour break time)

Holidays

  • 115 days off per year(Saturday / Sundays / Newyear holidays(12/29~1/3) / Company designated holidays)
  • Annual paid leave
  • Refresh leave (Granted after 1, 3, 4, 5 years of service)

Salary

  • Annual salary paid in 12 monthly installments (including fixed overtime allowance)
  • To be determined based on skills, experience, and abilities
