Your Mission

Dein Fokus liegt auf der Skalierung unserer Produktions-, Entwicklungs- und Fertigungskapazitäten. Gleichzeitig übernimmst du die Kommunikation zu  externen Partnern sowie lokalen Dienstleistern und optimierst die Kommunikation zwischen allen operativen Teams.

Responsibilities

• Verantwortung für das gesamte End-to-End-Recruiting (Full-Cycle) für Positionen in den Bereichen Engineering, Fertigung und Operations.
• Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Hiring Manager, um technische Anforderungen in strukturierte Rollenprofile zu übersetzen.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Exportkontrollen und Datenschutzanforderungen im gesamten Einstellungsprozess.
• Management einer strukturierten Pipeline – saubere Datenpflege, klare Phasen, null Informationsverluste.
• Tracking von Recruiting-Kennzahlen und Aufbereitung von Reports.
• 3rd Party - Management: Steuerung aller externen Partner & Dienstleister als zentraler und einziger Ansprechpartner.
• Schnittstellenkoordination: Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen, klaren und effizienten Kommunikation zwischen der Fertigung (Shop Floor), dem Engineering und den Support-Teams.

Required Skills

• Fokus auf Produktion: Fundierte Erfahrung im Recruiting für Hardware-Engineering, technische Montage, Zerspanung oder andere produktionsnahe Bereiche.
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau oder verhandlungssicher (C1/C2-Niveau) sowie fließendes Englisch sind zwingend erforderlich, um lokale deutsche Fertigungsnetzwerke, Partner und Kandidaten erfolgreich zu steuern.
• Startup-Agilität & schnelles Wachstum: Nachweisbare Erfahrung in wachstumsstarken Umfeldern sowie eine proaktive "Hands-on"-Mentalität beim Aufbau von Prozessen, dem Lösen von Pipeline-Engpässen und dem schnellen Besetzen von Stellen.
• Sicherheitsfreigabe für den Verteidigungssektor: Staatsbürgerschaft eines NATO-Mitgliedstaates sowie die Berechtigung zum Erhalt einer nationalen Sicherheitsüberprüfung.
