- Where appropriate, support the sharing of internal stories externally, helping showcase colleague experiences and culture to wider audiences.
2. Employee engagement & internal campaigns
- Support the planning and delivery of SiriusPoint’s employee engagement survey, including communications, coordination and follow-up activity.
- Work with stakeholders to help translate survey results into clear insight and practical actions that improve colleague experience.
- Help plan and deliver internal communication campaigns that support engagement, culture and key business priorities.
3. Recognition platform support
- Help manage and maintain SiriusPoint’s recognition platform to ensure it is used consistently and effectively across the Group.
- Support campaigns and content that encourage recognition as part of everyday ways of working.
- Track engagement and contribute ideas to improve how recognition is experienced.

- Help increase visibility and participation by showcasing activity and impact across the Group.
- Contribute to communications that help colleagues feel represented, included and valued.
5. Governance, consistency & measurement
- Support a consistent and joined-up approach to internal communications across regions and teams.
- Maintain planning calendars and simple frameworks to support delivery.
- Use feedback and engagement insight to help continuously improve internal communications.
