Role Overview
We are looking for a Warehouse Agent to support daily operations related to IT equipment handling, warehouse management, and asset tracking. The role involves close cooperation with internal IT teams and requires physical presence due to the nature of the duties.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage equipment allocation and return requests via an ITSM system.
  • Coordinate equipment transportation to and from the warehouse, including courier scheduling.
  • Perform warehouse operations, including equipment receiving, packaging, and record updates in ITAM/HAM systems.
  • Conduct physical inventory of the warehouse and IT department assets.
  • Maintain daily tracking of incoming and outgoing equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with PC, laptop, tablet, and mobile device laboratories.
  • Classify and organize equipment based on laboratory evaluation (reallocation, donation, disposal).

What You’ll Bring

  • Graduate of a Technical Educational Institute (ATEI) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with IT laboratory teams, as well as with equipment managers of Central Directorates and Regional Units across Greece.
  • Methodical and adaptable, with the ability to manage increased workloads and track multiple open requests simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan tasks in coordination with the supervisor.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and IT service/request management systems.
  • Experience with SAP and ServiceNow will be considered an asset.
