Role Overview

If you are driven by innovation, curiosity, and the desire to create meaningful impact, our client is looking for a Head of Product to help define and deliver the future of real estate technology.

What You’ll Be Doing

Run the Product Management function of the client by:

• Owning and managing the roadmap of the digital products of the company, prioritizing initiatives, based on strategic goals, customer needs, business value and technical feasibility
• Facilitating prioritization and arbitration discussions with Business stakeholders
• Planning and monitoring the execution of product initiatives from concept to launch
• Monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory changes and competitor offerings in the PropTech/Real Estate domain
• Partnering with Business stakeholders to address commercial goals and translate them to actionable product initiatives
• Conducting user research, data analysis and usability studies to improve product performance and user experience

Execute Product Development activities by:

• Leading the end-to-end product delivery for both web and mobile applications
• Driving the Agile development workstream, balancing speed, quality and product value in decision making
• Actively contributing to the definition of product epics and user stories with acceptance criteria
• Facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Collaborating with development and QA teams to clarify requirements, remove blockers and optimize delivery pipelines
• Working with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and simple UX flows, wireframes and high-fidelity mockups

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role within PropTech, FinTech, or similar domains with digital product management responsibilities.
• 10+ years of overall experience in Product & Technology organizations.
• Experience in managing a team.
• Strong business analysis skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies, and experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of digital products, customer journeys, engineering concepts and regulatory considerations.
• Experience with UI/UX design tools.
