Role Overview
We are looking for a Lighting Designer to join our creative and dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative lighting concepts, collaborating with architects and interior designers, and ensuring that each project combines creativity with technical precision. You will play a key role in shaping spaces through light — blending art, functionality, and sustainability.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop creative, high-quality lighting concepts for architectural, hospitality, residential, and landscape projects.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to translate design visions into lighting solutions.
• Prepare detailed lighting plans, drawings, and technical documentation using tools such as AutoCAD and Dialux.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during installation to ensure design integrity.
• Research and apply the latest trends, technologies, and sustainable lighting practices.
• Ensure project quality, budget, and timelines are met through organized and proactive project management.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in lighting design, architecture, or interior design.
• Strong knowledge of lighting technologies, fixtures, and materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset, creativity, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, or Revit.
• Understanding of sustainable lighting strategies and energy-efficient design principles.
• Passion for art, architecture, and creating immersive lighting experiences.
