We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce.
Your Day-to-Day
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
- Manage and optimize recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes, efficiency, and quality of hire.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to the continuous improvement of the talent acquisition function.
Your Key Strengths
- 4+ years of experience in Tech Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, international, or technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior-level positions.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other advanced techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior leadership.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and HR analytics tools.
- Passion for people, diversity, and delivering a great candidate experience.
