The Role in a Nutshell
Are you passionate about crafting personalized, data-driven digital experiences? Do you love turning marketing ideas into smart, automated customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud? If you're nodding, we want you on our team! We're looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to help us transform how brands connect with their audiences—smarter, faster, better.
Your Day-to-Day
- Designing and implementing multi-channel campaigns and customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.)
- Translating business needs into actionable, high-impact marketing automations
- Building seamless integrations with external platforms via REST APIs
- Writing and maintaining clean, efficient SQL, HTML, and JavaScript code
- Working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams—marketers, developers, designers, product owners—to bring campaigns to life
- Participating in agile ceremonies and client workshops to align on strategy and execution
- Monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting campaigns to ensure top performance
Your Key Strengths
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience implementing marketing automation solutions with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong technical skills in HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and REST APIs
- Experience designing and launching multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Viber)
- Solid understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and journey building
- Fluent in both Greek and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in agile environments and cross-functional teams
