The Role in a Nutshell
We are looking for a Junior ITSM & Demand Process Analyst to join our team and support key IT Service Management (ITSM) and demand management processes. The ideal candidate will contribute to the daily operations of ITSM workflows, collaborate across teams, and assist in documenting and analyzing business demands. This is a great opportunity for a junior professional eager to grow within a structured IT environment and work closely with tools like ServiceNow.
Your Day-to-Day
- Support daily operations of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Service Request, Problem, etc.).
- Gather and perform basic processing of data from ServiceNow.
- Document, monitor, and perform initial analysis of new business demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect information and support demand documentation.
- Assist in the maintenance and updates of the ITSM platform (ServiceNow).
- Help create reports and dashboards with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in workshops or meetings focused on process improvement or requirement gathering.
- Ensure compliance with basic IT Governance & Quality policies.
Your Key Strengths
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an IT environment or a relevant internship/practicum.
- Understanding of basic ITSM and ITIL concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting/analysis tools.
- Strong organizational skills and team collaboration mindset.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
- Ability to understand business requirements and technical descriptions.
