The Role in a Nutshell

We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer on behalf of our client. You will play a key role in translating business needs into automated processes, designing, building, and maintaining RPA solutions that drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.

 

Your Day-to-Day

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Build reusable components and scalable bots to automate repetitive tasks.
• Understand the business needs of the client and convert them into automated processes, supporting both the functional and technical aspects of the requirements.
• Support existing automation solutions and implement change requests as part of a structured change control process.
• Develop and document test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT and UAT phases.

 

Your Key Strengths

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying RPA solutions with Automation Anywhere.
• Good understanding of workflow-based logic and ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with change control, testing methodologies, and solution documentation.
