The Role in a Nutshell
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our growing team. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, while also contributing to employer branding and talent attraction strategies. Your impact will extend both locally and internationally, as you help shape the future of our company by bringing in the best talent.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about matching people’s aspirations with the company’s vision. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and implement innovative recruitment processes using modern tools and strategies.
Your Day-to-Day
🔹Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles.
🔹Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance our talent attraction efforts.
🔹Source, screen, and assess candidates using cutting-edge recruitment tools and best practices.
🔹Conduct interviews and facilitate smooth hiring processes in collaboration with hiring managers.
🔹Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to create an engaging candidate experience.
🔹Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure a streamlined hiring process.
🔹Organize and participate in Career Days, networking events, and employer branding activities.
🔹Work independently while also collaborating with the talent team to meet recruitment goals.
Your Key Strengths
🔹1+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably for tech roles.
🔹Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
🔹Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
🔹Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
🔹Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
🔹Fluent in Greek and English – both verbal and written communication skills.
🔹Passion for building relationships and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
