The Role in a Nutshell

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Director on behalf of our client. This is a strategic leadership role offering an exciting opportunity to shape and drive the organization's cybersecurity vision. We are looking for a proactive, results-driven leader with a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and collaborator, ensuring robust security measures without compromising business agility or innovation.

 

Your Day-to-Day

🔹 Developing and executing a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
🔹 Leading security operations, including threat detection, incident response, and risk mitigation.
🔹 Overseeing compliance with industry regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, etc.).
🔹 Driving security architecture and governance across IT, cloud, and enterprise systems.
🔹 Building and mentoring high-performing security team and building it from scratch while fostering a strong security culture.

 

Your Key Strengths

🔹 Extensive experience in cybersecurity leadership and information security governance.
🔹 Strong background in risk management, threat intelligence, and security operations.
🔹 Expertise in cloud security, identity and access management (IAM), and zero-trust frameworks.
🔹 Recognized cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP).
🔹 Proven ability to engage with executive leadership and key stakeholders on security strategy and risk.
