The Role in a Nutshell  

Are you passionate about shaping exceptional customer experiences and driving sales and service transformation? Do you thrive on designing innovative solutions and leading teams to deliver measurable results? If this resonates with you, we’re looking for YOU to join our team as a Billing Engineer. In this role, you'll be integral in implementing and managing billing systems that ensure customer invoicing, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your Day-to-Day  

🔹Configure, deploy, and maintain telecom and utilities billing platforms

🔹Integrate billing systems with CRM, provisioning, and financial systems

🔹Work with API frameworks and middleware to enhance system interoperability

🔹Work with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Customer Support) to optimize billing workflows

🔹Maintain documentation for billing configurations, procedures, and system integrations

 

Your Key Strengths

🔹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field

🔹4+ years of experience in telecom billing systems, OSS/BSS, or IT operations

🔹Experience with Oracle BRM or CCS, Ericsson CBIO/BSCS, Netcracker RBM, or similar billing platforms

🔹Proven ability to effectively lead and motivate teams using agile methodologies

🔹Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Shell, Python, Perl) for automation

🔹Knowledge of SOAP/REST APIs, XML, and JSON for system integration
