The Role in a Nutshell
Do you excel at troubleshooting and providing top-notch support for applications? We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer to maintain, optimize, and provide technical support for our client's applications. If you thrive on solving complex issues and supporting end-users, this role is for you!
Your Day-to-Day
🔹Provide comprehensive support for our client's applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
🔹Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, maintaining strong communication with end-users.
🔹Monitor application health and performance, using diagnostic tools to preemptively address potential issues.
🔹Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement improvements and prevent recurring issues.
🔹Document solutions, FAQs, and technical guides to ensure efficient support processes.
Your Key Strengths
🔹3+ years of experience in application support or a related role.
🔹Strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting application issues.
🔹Hands-on knowledge of monitoring tools and basic scripting (Python, Shell, etc.).
🔹Familiarity with database management and SQL for troubleshooting and performance tuning.
🔹Strong communication skills to provide clear guidance to end-users and coordinate with technical teams.
