Role Overview
We are looking for a QA Test Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating testing activities, leading a team of QA engineers, and ensuring the quality and reliability of software releases. You will act as the main point of contact for testing within projects and work closely with development and product teams to deliver high-quality software.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Coordinate and execute functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Track, report, and manage defects using test management tools.
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and standards to enhance efficiency and quality.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Quality Center.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of ensuring software quality in complex projects.
