Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, and providing hands-on support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will work closely with users and internal teams to resolve incidents efficiently and improve IT service quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT devices.
- Monitor system performance and ensure security, reliability, and efficiency.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions in systems such as Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Document support activities, troubleshooting steps, and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve escalated incidents.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and ticketing systems.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
