The Role in a Nutshell  

Do you have a knack for turning data into actionable insights? Are you the bridge between business goals and technical solutions? If solving complex problems and analyzing business processes gets you excited, we want YOU as our Business Analyst! Help us shape strategies that deliver results and keep our teams on the right path.

 

Your Day-to-Day  

🔹 Gathering and analyzing telecom business requirements to drive solutions that align with company goals

🔹 Collaborating with cross-functional telecom teams to define and document processes and workflows

🔹 Developing detailed business and system documentation specific to telecom (use cases, process maps, etc.)

🔹 Facilitating meetings with telecom stakeholders to ensure business needs are clearly communicated and understood

🔹 Identifying opportunities for telecom process improvement and recommending solutions that maximize operational efficiency

 

Your Key Strengths

🔹 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the telecom sector

🔹 Strong understanding of telecom business process analysis and system improvement

🔹 Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other project management software

🔹 Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly within the telecom industry
