The Role in a Nutshell  

Do you have a passion for finding the best tech talent out there? Are you excited about working in a fast-paced environment where innovation and people come together? We’re looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow our team of developers, engineers, and other tech-savvy professionals. If you love all things tech and have a knack for sourcing top-tier candidates, this is the role for you!

 

Your Day-to-Day  

🔹 Partner with clients to analyze their needs and proactively engage with them 

🔹 Source and engage top tech talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. 

🔹 Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate expertise and fit for the company.

🔹 Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring an outstanding experience from first contact to onboarding.

🔹 Utilize data-driven recruiting strategies and keep up with tech industry trends and market insights to stay competitive.

 

Your Key Strengths

🔹 2+ years of experience in a similar position

🔹 Strong sourcing skills, with experience using various tech platforms and tools

🔹 Hands-on experience with ATS systems (we use Greenhouse - but familiarity with any ATS is considered an asset) and recruiting metrics

🔹 Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with tech candidates and clients

🔹 A proactive mindset and creative approach to recruitment challenges

🔹Familiarity with employer branding strategies and a growth attitude
