We are seeking a Recruiter with experience supporting high-volume, non-exempt hiring in a warehouse or distribution environment. This role will focus primarily on recruiting warehouse associates, training coordinators, and other hourly operational roles, while also supporting hiring for Warehouse Supervisor (exempt) positions.
This is a hands-on recruiting role supporting frontline and first-level leadership hiring. This position does not support senior leadership, corporate, or executive-level recruiting.
This role will sit onsite at our Louisville, KY location.
What You’ll Do:

Partner closely with warehouse and operations leadership to support ongoing hiring needs.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, non-exempt roles including warehouse associates and training coordinators.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for Warehouse Supervisor (exempt-level) positions.

Conduct structured interviews to evaluate leadership capability, operational knowledge, and team management skills for Warehouse Supervisor candidates.

Assess and recommend qualified frontline leadership talent and successfully manage the hiring process through offer and acceptance.

Source candidates using job boards, referrals, local outreach, and community partnerships.

Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to evaluate qualifications and operational fit.

Coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers and site leadership.

Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
What You’ll Need:

2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environments.

Direct experience hiring non-exempt/hourly roles required.

Experience hiring first-level leadership roles such as Warehouse Supervisor preferred.

Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced operational setting.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
