We’re looking for a friendly, approachable, and proactive team player who enjoys helping others, keeping things organized, and solving everyday problems. This is a blended role where you’ll be the go-to person for both office needs and IT support. You don’t need to be a tech wizard (yet:) - we’ll teach you the technical side. What matters most is that you’re communicative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

What you will do:

  • First-Line IT Support: Be the first friendly face colleagues turn to for IT help - from login issues to setting up devices.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Make sure new hires feel welcome with the right equipment, access, and a smooth start. Handle departures with the same care.
  • Office Operations: Keep the office running smoothly - order supplies, coordinate with vendors, manage safety checks, and support travel or insurance needs.
  • Device & Access Setup: Assist with laptops, phones, accounts, and security basics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and Facilities teams in Prague and abroad to align processes and tools.
  • Problem Solving: Spot issues early, take initiative, and keep things organized.

What you will need:

  • A people person - approachable, talkative, and helpful.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communicator in Czech and English.
  • Organized and detail-focused, with a proactive mindset.
  • Curious and open to learning new IT tools and systems.
  • Prior office coordination, IT helpdesk, or admin experience is a plus.
