Senior Full-stack Developer

We are looking for a talented experienced Full-Stack Developer to join us at the most exciting time as we rewrite several core components including our infrastructure, adhering to best engineering practices and using the latest technology.

The platform enables users to quickly and safely identify potential health conditions, access treatment, and receive ongoing support after diagnosis. It combines medical expertise with strong technical execution to make healthcare more accessible, reliable, and personalized throughout the user journey.

Your area of responsibility

• Extreme Ownership – You’ll lead the full lifecycle of features: from understanding the problem and sketching out rough ideas, to building it, shipping it, and measuring how it’s performing;
• Drive & shape the future of our architectural vision. Helping us scale, move fast and onboard quickly;
• Craft clean, efficient code that’s built to last. Holding high standards for yourself and your peers;
• Create beautiful experiences that users can rely on. Utilising your eye for detail and the latest design ethoses.

Skills and requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced product-oriented environment;
• Experience building web backends in Node.js/Typescript with relational databases;
• Previous experience of PHP is a strong plus;
• Experience building beautiful web-frontend experiences with React, Next.js, TypeScript, modern state management, etc.
• Experience with TDD and testable code - unit/integration/performance testing;
• Great verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple way to non-engineering teammates;
• Ability to zoom in and out - be comfortable with getting into the relevant low-level details while also making the optimal tradeoffs for achieving the “big picture” goals;
• Hands-on and can-do attitude, excellent problem-solving skills;
• English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher is required.
