We are looking for a Sales Manager who builds real relationships with decision-makers, communicates value with confidence, and turns new connections into long-term business opportunities.

About the Position

You will grow our international client partnerships and represent the company on the global stage — owning the full sales cycle from first outreach to closed deal, and playing a key role in our business development across international markets.

Your Area of Responsibility

  • Research markets and potential clients to spot new business opportunities;
  • Run outreach across LinkedIn, email, networking, and other business development channels;
  • Own the full sales cycle — from first contact and qualification through discovery calls, presentations, negotiations, and closing;
  • Dig into client goals, challenges, and growth plans to find the right collaboration fit;
  • Present our expertise in technology, design, and growth in a way that resonates;
  • Continuously test and improve messaging, outreach approaches, and value propositions for different markets;
  • Partner with internal teams to shape proposals and turn opportunities into successful deals;
  • Invest in long-term client relationships — consultative by nature, not transactional.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT outsourcing or outstaffing;
  • Strong grasp of consultative, relationship-driven sales;
  • Comfortable leading conversations with international clients and senior stakeholders;
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, networking, and outbound outreach;
  • Familiarity with software development, UX/design services, or IT outsourcing environments;
  • Organized and reliable in CRM and communication management;
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently;
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or Advanced, spoken and written.
