Tasks
- Technical support and structured onboarding of search arbitrage partners.
- Analysis and optimization of campaign performance (CPI/CPL/CPC/ROI) and traffic quality.
- Creation of technical documentation, implementation guides, and partner training materials.
- Central point of contact between customers and internal teams as well as clear, fast communication via e-mail and internal messaging.
- Building trusting, long-term partnerships to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactive troubleshooting for latency, postback mismatch, and attribution issues.
- Coordination of SLA and escalation processes with engineering and support.
- Participation in strategic reviews for scaling and monetizing new traffic sources.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical customer role in AdTech, affiliate marketing, lead generation, traffic sourcing, or similar.
- Deep understanding of tracking methods. Pixels, server-to-server (postbacks), SubIDs.
- Experience with routing and redirect setups, landing page optimization, and tracking parameters.
- Strong analytical skills und understanding of performance analyses, KPI dashboards, A/B-Testing.
- Very good communication skills (German and English) and experience in direct customer contact.
- Service-oriented mindset and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Good SQL skills for reporting and error analysis, as well as proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
