We are now looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help us tell our product story - both to customers and the wider market - in a way that drives understanding, engagement, and growth.
The Role
As Product Marketing Manager, you will bridge the gap between our Product, Customer Success, and Growth teams. Your role will be to deeply understand our product, translate complex product features and updates into clear, compelling messaging, and ensure our teams - and our customers - truly grasp the value we deliver.
You'll also play a central role in helping shape our market positioning, enabling our go-to-market teams, and ensuring Sedna’s innovations are clearly differentiated in the market.
This role demands someone with sharp strategic thinking, great attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear, compelling messaging and positioning for new features, product updates, and core platform value propositions.
- Translate technical product details into customer-facing communications that are easy to understand and act on.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
- Deliver internal enablement sessions and training materials to help GTM teams sell and support the product more effectively.
- Own the creation of product marketing assets: feature sheets, sales decks, battlecards, release notes, FAQs, and case studies.
- Act as a champion for the voice of the customer - bringing feedback and insights into product and marketing discussions.
- Partner with the Content and Digital teams to roll out product launches across channels.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in Product Marketing or Content Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology.
- Proven ability to translate complex products/features into customer-centric messaging.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills - you must be comfortable working with Product, CS, Sales, and Engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - able to deliver effective training sessions to internal teams.
- Strong project management abilities - comfortable managing multiple launches or projects simultaneously.
- High resilience and ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a high standard of work.
- (Bonus) Experience in highly technical industries (e.g., logistics, supply chain, communication software).
- (Bonus) Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
