As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth team and ensure we are running world-class, data-driven marketing programs.

About the Role
As Marketing Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of how Sedna measures, manages, and optimises its marketing efforts. You will own the systems and processes that drive campaign performance, lead generation, and customer acquisition reporting — enabling us to make smarter, faster decisions.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth and wider Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to make sure our systems (Hubspot and Salesforce) are fully aligned, our reporting is insightful, and our campaigns continually improve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise marketing systems — primarily Hubspot and Salesforce — ensuring data accuracy and integration.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Own reporting across the full buyer journey — from first touchpoint to closed customer — and identify areas for conversion rate optimisation.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure consistent lead management processes and accurate attribution.
  • Analyse campaign and funnel data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Support campaign planning with data-driven forecasts and post-campaign performance reviews.
  • Maintain data hygiene best practices across marketing and CRM platforms.
  • Champion continuous improvement by suggesting tools, processes, and strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness.

About You

  • 3+ years experience in a Marketing Operations or similar analytical marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce — from system administration to campaign and lead flow reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills; confident building reports, interpreting data, and telling the story behind the numbers.
    Experience tracking and optimising the buyer journey across marketing and sales touchpoints.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised, with a passion for making systems and processes work better.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
