innovation drives everything we do.

We’re an award winning company, and have been listed as one of Deloitte’s fastest growing

tech companies for four years in a row. We are passionate about putting people first and

committed to creating an outstanding employee experience as a remote working company.

We’re building a world-class team to support our next phase of growth, and we’re looking for

an experienced, hands-on Head of People who can spearhead the function, inspire the team,

  • Own and continuously enhance our HRIS (HiBob) to drive automation, streamline workflows, and improve documentation, reporting, and people data across all HR processes
  • Champion culture and engagement across a fully remote team
  • Develop policies and people processes that scale with the business
