About the Role & Team:

As a Partner Success Manager, you will join the Partner Success team, part of the Consumer Business Unit, Service Providers division.

The team is responsible for growing Bitdefender's strategic telecom operator partnerships: turning integrated security products into adopted, monetized services inside the partner's own customer base, and keeping Bitdefender's roadmap aligned with the operator's commercial strategy.

In this role, you will contribute to the rollout of cybersecurity vertical for our telco partners, working closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Technical Integration and Support, as well as the partner's own product, marketing and commercial teams.

This position offers the opportunity to own a strategic operator partnership end to end: the relationship, the go-to-market, and the revenue line, with the reach to put security in front of millions of subscribers and the mandate to shape what gets built next.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner relationship management

  • Act as the main point of contact for the partner, building a strong multi-point relationship across their organization rather than a single channel
  • Understand the partner's business goals and challenges, and proactively match them to Bitdefender's cybersecurity and privacy portfolio
  • Visit the partner regularly to deepen the relationship across functions and seniority levels
  • Drive portfolio expansion within the partner (land and expand), together with the Sales Director

Performance monitoring

  • Own product metrics: roll-out, adoption, active userbase, retention
  • Own financial metrics: revenue, invoicing, forecast, ARPC
  • Build and maintain opportunity funnels, dashboards and reports; identify trends, gaps and growth opportunities
  • Create visibility on product performance internally and with the partner, and propose improvement actions

Go-to-market & revenue generation

  • Drive product launch and roll-out, holding the partner to agreed GTM dates
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the partner base
  • Develop joint marketing and sales campaigns with the partner that drive demand and conversion
  • Analyze partner campaigns and optimize the marketing mix across the full funnel: education, awareness, interest, purchase, onboarding (download and activation), usage, upsell, renewal, retention, win-back

Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management and technical teams to align partner strategy with company goals
  • Gather partner feedback on product features and experience, and coordinate custom requirements with Product Management

Qualifications & Skills:

Must-have:

  • Proven experience in a partner-facing, commercial or marketing role, ideally in telecom or technology
  • Ability to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders, and to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting performance data and making data-driven recommendations
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Confidence to take the lead when a situation requires it
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Willingness to travel to the partner several times / year.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience working with or inside a telecom operator, MVNO or service provider
  • Background in consumer subscription businesses and funnel economics (activation, retention, churn, ARPU)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, privacy or digital trust propositions
  • Experience running joint go-to-market campaigns with a partner brand
  • Master's degree
  • Additional European languages

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
