HR strategy and Planning:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that are aligned with *SCAPE’s strategic goals. 
  • Fulfil *SCAPE’s mission and achieve its vision by aligning people, processes and practices, shaping *SCAPE to be a high performing organization
  • Lead and advocate a culture of open communication, transparency, and ethical conduct
  •  Ensure *SCAPE's compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices
  • Facilitate organizational restructuring, or other changes to enhance operational efficiency and agility, as well as provide change management support and training to help employees adapt to organizational transformations
  • Maintain and analyse HR data and prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction.

Talent Management and Development:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best-fit talent for *SCAPE
  • Align and drive the organization’s efforts in developing staff through targeted career and training development plans, and creating a conducive workplace that will foster a motivated and engaged workforce
  • Implement effective performance management systems to provide constructive feedback and support career growth

Employee Experience and Engagement:

  • Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding process to help new hires integrate into the organization
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workforce that aligns with *SCAPE's values and mission
  • Cultivate a positive and motivating work culture that promotes employee well-being and job satisfaction
  • Implement initiatives that support the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of employees
  • Maintain positive employee relations and address any grievances or conflicts in a timely and fair manner
  • Promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and mental health initiatives

Learning and Development:

  • Develop a L&D strategy and plan that supports the future growth of *SCAPE
  • Design and manage comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
