
Executive/Senior Executive, Programming

YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
Programming Curation
- Help deliver a variety of programmes, events, and activities that engage *SCAPE's target audiences, such as youth, creatives, and community members.
- Assist with logistics and operations for *SCAPE programs and events, including tasks like booking venues, coordinating vendors and volunteers, reviewing quotations and invoices, and solving any issues that arise.
- Contribute to improving internal processes to ensure smooth execution of programs and events and help foster collaboration within the organisation and with external partners.
Programming Partnerships and Sponsorships
- Manage relationships and contracts with *SCAPE's programming partners and sponsors.
Programme Marketing
- Coordinating basic marketing deliverables such as copywriting for marketing collaterals, event webpage and social media caption and engaging designers for key visuals.
- Conceptualising and producing social media content for pre-, during-, and post-event phases.
Community Engagement
- Engage with *SCAPE's community members to learn about their interests, needs, and concerns, and help ensure their feedback is considered in programming decisions.
- Support in building and maintaining relationships with community partners both within and outside of *SCAPE.
- Assist the Head of Department in community outreach and development efforts by helping to build a network of partners and youth communities.
Team Management & Internal Collaboration
- Contribute to the development and execution of *SCAPE’s overall strategic plan and vision.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Team player with good networking, communication, and interpersonal skills to be able to work with a diverse set of people including staff, commercial and non-commercial partners.
- Good comprehension of current youth consumer trends.
- Positive attitude with high degree of professionalism, creativity, and resourcefulness.
- Must be creative, self-motivated, disciplined and able to work both independently and in teams.
