Executive/Senior Executive, Marketing (1 year contract)

YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives for Branding, Membership, and Retail.
• Support the team in sourcing, evaluating and obtaining quotations for merchandise, event premiums, and printing/production materials.
• Prepare and manage PRs, invoices, and budget tracking across projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral and campaign outputs.
• Support execution of brand activations, retail tie-ups, and exclusive member experiences i.e. content management on various marketing channels, fulfillment of members’ redemption.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for upcoming launches and marketing events such as IHL outreaches or roadshows.
• Liaise with internal staff and external content creators for collaterals aligned to brand guidelines.
• Contribute to post-campaign reporting and documentation where needed.
• Assist the marketing team with ad-hoc duties as needed.

WHO YOU ARE:

• 1–3 years preferred, ideally in a marketing, brand management and/or membership operation role.
• Strong project coordination and administrative skills i.e. procurement processes e.g. PR raising, invoice tracking etc.
• Experience liaising with vendors for merchandise, printing, installation and campaign logistics.
• Ability to support campaign implementation, activations, and on-ground events.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, youth-centric environment.
