Senior Executive, Programming (1 year contract)

YOUR ROLE:

YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

Event Execution

  • Lead the charge in planning and executing events—from booking venues and managing logistics to handling on-site and off-site registration.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers, managing RFPs/ITQs and negotiating great deals.
  • Ensure seamless coordination before, during, and after events—including permit applications, vendor oversight, and real-time troubleshooting.

Performance & Reporting

  • Gather feedback through surveys and post-event reports from participants, partners, and community leaders.
  • Maintain a well-organised event calendar and regularly update monthly reports.
  • Compile and present engaging pre- and post-event reviews.

Community & Youth Engagement

  • Play a key role in engaging youth and community members through purposeful programming and interactions.
  • Contribute to shaping programmes that are youth-centric and aligned with urban lifestyles.

Others:

  • File finance reports and ensure accurate tracking of event budgets and expenditures.
  • Work closely with the Estates team to manage venue setup, permits, and contractor coordination.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to create captivating promotional content across social media, EDMs, and digital platforms.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in media, business, marketing or event management.
  • Team player with good networking, communication, and interpersonal skills to be able to work with a diverse set of people including staff, commercial and non-commercial partners.
  • Good comprehension of current youth consumer trends.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Positive attitude with high degree of professionalism, creativity, and resourcefulness.
  • Must be creative, self-motivated, disciplined and able to work both independently and in teams.
  • Should be able to work weekends and nights as needed.
