YOUR ROLE:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented team member to drive *SCAPE’s membership programme, enhance customer engagement, and coordinate key retail and event marketing initiatives.
YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
- Membership Programme Management: Develop, implement, and oversee *SCAPE’s membership programme to enhance engagement and retention.
- Event Coordination: Support logistics planning for major events, including our Relaunch Event.
- Partnership Development: Assist in developing and managing partnerships to integrate membership benefits into the customer and retail experience.
- Retail & Brand Experience: Work closely with retail tenants and partners to create a cohesive brand experience.
- Digital & Media Strategy: Oversee centre media and leverage technology for enhanced customer interactions.
- Market Research: Conduct regular market research to inform marketing and branding strategies.
- Experiential Marketing: Collaborate with the Senior Manager to develop experiential marketing activities that drive engagement.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Provide marketing services to support other departments as needed.
WHO YOU ARE:
- A strategic and hands-on marketing professional with at least 5 years of experience in marketing, membership programme management, brand experience, media planning, corporate communications, public relations, or content production.
- Experienced in developing and managing membership programmes, event coordination, and partnership development, ensuring seamless integration into the retail and customer experience.
- Skilled in market research, data analytics, and design thinking, leveraging insights to craft targeted marketing strategies that enhance brand engagement and customer retention.
- Adept at experiential marketing and digital media strategies, with a deep understanding of emerging media platforms and trends.
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives, from major event logistics to cross-departmental marketing support.
- A creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, remains composed under pressure, and communicates clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Candidates who can start immediately will be preferred.
