*SCAPE Co., Ltd. is a non-profit organisation, a registered charity, and an Institution of a Public Character that engages and nurtures youth by developing their talents. At *SCAPE, we offer a holistic network of programmes, communities, and facilities to support youth in their pursuit of interests and passion areas. Together with our partners, we inspire and empower our youth to discover boundless possibilities.


YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for Interns for 2025. We are looking to hire for the following teams in *SCAPE

  • Digitalisation & IT
    The Digitalisation & IT team drives the ongoing digital transformation of *SCAPE! The DIT team doesn't just look at enhancing operational capabilities, they're also charged with facilitating *SCAPE's creation of digital spaces and digital experiences for youth.
  • Engagement
    The Engagement team is at the heart of building meaningful connections with youth and fostering vibrant communities. Focused on creating impactful programs, partnerships, outreach initiatives, and coordinating with our volunteers, this team works to inspire, engage, and empower! 
  • Estates & Facilities Management
    The Estates & Facilities Management team ensures that our spaces are safe, welcoming, and vibrant hubs for youth activities. This team manages the maintenance, operations, and continuous improvement of our facilities to provide an optimal environment for events, programs, and community gatherings.
  • Finance & Compliance
    The Finance & Compliance team plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health, integrity, and regulatory compliance of our organisation.
  • People & Organisation
    The People & Organisation team is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that matches our commitment to youth empowerment with a equal commitment to the development and empowerment of our employees. 
  • Planning & Governance
    The Planning & Governance team is responsible for setting strategic direction, ensuring effective decision-making, and upholding accountability across the organisation. This team oversees policy development, compliance, and long-term planning, aligning our initiatives with *SCAPE’s mission and objectives.
  • Programming
    The Programming team curates and delivers a diverse range of initiatives that nurture youth talent and passion. Focused on creating high-quality, impactful experiences, this team designs programs across various interest areas, from arts and culture to entrepreneurship and digital media, that provide young people with opportunities to learn, grow, and showcase their skills.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 1+ year of relevant experience, including internships. Prior experience / education in business, marketing, real estates or event management will be advantageous.
  • Resourceful, and able to work independently as well as a team member to meet deadlines.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect, build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Prior work experience in youth development and/or passion for youth development work is a plus
