THE MISSION

Antonio, our Engineering Manager, is looking for a Mid Level Frontend Engineer to join one of our  teams as we embark on a number of new product features.

This role is based in Milano, and we offer a hybrid work environment with two days per week from home. We take pride in providing a work culture where you can thrive while maintaining a fulfilling work-life balance.

As a Mid Level Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces used by millions of customers and retail partners across Europe. Our team collaborates in an Agile environment, where we empower individuals to take end-to-end ownership of their projects. Your contributions will be key to the success of the entire engineering team and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive and user-friendly web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with Technical Leads and Full-Stack Developers to integrate frontend and backend components.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development.
  • Participate in design and code reviews to ensure high standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with our Product and Design teams

You'll Be Great for This Role If You Have:

  • 5+ years of technical experience
  • A passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Proficiency in React and its libraries/frameworks.
  • Proficiency in writing tests (unit, integration, e2e)
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with Git and version control.
  • A high attention to detail and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with Flutter and Dart.
  • Bonus: Experience with Storybook for UI component development.
