Financial Analyst - Intern

THE MISSION

We are looking for a student/recent graduate to be a key part of our willing and energetic Finance team. 

The intern will have responsibilities from the first days and work closely with finance and business leaders across the company, having the possibility to learn a lot and gain meaningful and broad skills. In particular, the key areas of competence are the following:

  • Helping in financial forecasting and planning
  • Analysing internal and external data for strategic decisions
  • Creating reports for both internal and external use
  • Working with other team members to support them in finance-wise tasks.

We are looking for a candidate with an analytical mindset and a motivated and proactive personality, who can adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment. 

A good team player who is willing to make a positive impact. Strong written and verbal communication skills (both in English and Italian) are necessary.

Must have:

  • Graduate or Graduating from your Bachelor or Masters Degree (Graduating grade above 105 or GPA of 4.0)
  • Good with numbers
  • Familiar with Microsoft excel
  • Available to start in January/February 2025

SQL a big plus

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  1. Initial Chat: A brief conversation with our Talent Acquisition team.
  2. A quick take at home test to check your typing skills
  3. An Interview with your future mentor, our Financial & Data Analyst and our CFO, conducted in our Milan office.
  4. Final Chat with Simone (CEO): An opportunity to discuss Scalapay’s values and assess cultural alignment.
