Account Executive Inbound

THE MISSION

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive Inbound to convert marketing leads into closed deals and actively pursue new business opportunities, particularly within our inbound marketing pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize the inbound sales funnel by converting qualified leads into opportunities by effectively positioning our products and services;
  • Generate new business opportunities by differentiating Scalapay's services through custom sales pitches and presentations, leveraging case studies, industry data, and relevant research;
  • Manage merchant Go-Lives to maximize Scalapay's share of wallet;
  • Identify opportunities to optimize our offering and provide merchants with our full suite of products;
  • Collaborate closely with onboarding, integration, marketing and account management to streamline the sales cycle;
  • Optimize the sales pipeline in Hubspot, tracking key KPIs;
  • Support the team and overall strategy to position Scalapay as a leader in Buy Now, Pay Later for E-commerce;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations.

Who We're Looking For

Must have:

  • 1-3 years of sales or business development experience in SaaS or digital marketing;
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and prospecting solutions;
  • Background in a high-growth startup environment.

Soft skills:

  • You have an incredible determination to achieve your goals, you are dynamic, with an undeniable strength of conviction
  • You've got excellent presentation and communication skills
  • You are autonomous and proactive to get things done
  • You are a team player: you know how to defend your convictions while learning from others

Hiring process:

  • A quick chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members;
  • A first interview with the VP Growth to deep dive into your attitude and motivation;
  • A case study to test your hard skills, that will be debriefed with Country Manager and VP Growth;
  • A final chat with Simone (our CEO) where he will share and assess the Scalapay Values.
