As you complete your studies, we invite you to apply for our one-year Graduate Programme at Sand Technologies. The programme is designed specifically for aspiring data practitioners and software engineers who have no prior work experience, and it will will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience you need to thrive in the tech industry.

What You’ll Gain:

Who Should Apply: We’re looking for applicants between the age of 18-35 in Africa. No experience is necessary; we only require a project showcasing your skills and problems you’re passionate about solving.

We welcome applications from recent graduates in Computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, and any data related courses. If you’re eager to learn and are passionate about data-driven solutions, we want to hear from you!

Additional requirements:

• We welcome applicants from anywhere in Africa
• Please submit a transcript indicating the modules you took and your final marks
• All applicants must have less than 2 years of work experience in tech.
• Please share a link to one project that best demonstrates your skills relevant to the role you’re applying for. We’d love to see your code, thought process, and outcomes. This could be a GitHub repository, notebook, dashboard, data pipeline, or any other format that showcases your work.
• Please record a maximum 2-minute video with your application introducing yourself and describing your project. The video should be public or unlisted on YouTube or any other platform you choose, as long as we can access it.
• Apply only for one role, not all three.
