Your Role
As a Game Presenter, you’ll be the face of our games — interacting with players via live stream and creating a welcoming, exciting experience. You’ll:
- Host and deal table games as assigned, following all company rules and procedures.
- Stay up to date with game rules and updates.
- Greet and engage players with warmth and professionalism.
- Demonstrate excellent card handling and presentation skills.
- Maintain punctuality and follow all company and regulatory guidelines.
- Keep player and operational information confidential.
- Collaborate respectfully with colleagues across departments.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment at all times.
- Attend regular training to grow your skills and confidence.
- Uphold our hospitality, attire, and grooming standards.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Are legally eligible to work in Bulgaria.
- Are at least 18 years old.
- Hold a high school diploma.
- Speak English at an intermediate to advanced level (B1–C1).
- Have a confident presence on camera and enjoy engaging with people.
- Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Can adapt quickly and multitask under pressure.
- Stay calm and composed in dynamic situations.
- Are excited to work in a customer-facing role — no prior experience needed!
Important Job Information
- You’ll be live on camera for most of your shift, hosting games and interacting with players.
- Work is based on rotating shifts with regular breaks, all on-site at our Sofia studio.
- Flexibility is key — shifts may vary with reasonable notice, and occasional on-call availability may be required.
- The role involves sitting for set periods, with scheduled breaks to recharge.
