Training Manager
Job Overview:
Join us as a Training Manager and take the lead in designing and delivering impactful training programs that elevate team performance and customer experience. You’ll create engaging learning content, collaborate across departments, and ensure our team members are confident, compliant, and ready to shine.
Your Role:
- Lead the development and delivery of initial and refresher training programs
- Supervise and support the training team in creating effective learning strategies
- Design training modules, instructional materials, and eLearning content
- Conduct engaging presentations and onboarding sessions for new team members
- Evaluate team members to identify performance gaps and provide targeted support
- Maintain accurate training documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with operational needs
- Promote a positive and professional learning environment
- Stay updated on table games rules, procedures, and industry standards
- Support revenue-driving initiatives through training improvements
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building abilities
- Ability to adapt training delivery to different learning styles and paces
- Confidence in presenting to groups and facilitating interactive sessions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- 3+ years of experience in a training role within gaming or hospitality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training-related software
- Knowledge of gaming operations and company policies is a plus
- Advanced level of English
- Comfortable using relevant equipment and digital tools
