Gaming Equipment Manager
Job Overview:
Join us as a Gaming Equipment Manager and take charge of maintaining and optimizing our iGaming studio’s technical infrastructure. You’ll lead a team of specialists, ensure equipment reliability and compliance, and collaborate across departments to deliver seamless operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your Role:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical specialists and technicians.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, tasks, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all gaming equipment in the studio.
- Ensure all equipment operates optimally and complies with regulatory and safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and protocols.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with Product and Broadcast teams to ensure smooth technical operations.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, consumables, and equipment.
- Liaise with vendors for procurement and technical support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare and present reports on equipment performance and team activities.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the iGaming industry.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the iGaming or entertainment sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage technical teams effectively.
- Strong technical knowledge of gaming equipment and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
