Training Supervisor

Job Overview:

Join us as a Trainer Supervisor and help shape the future of our team by delivering top-notch training and development programs. You'll be responsible for training team members, developing training modules, and ensuring excellent customer service. Evaluate team members to identify areas needing additional training and foster positive interactions with all team members.

Your Role:

• Deliver initial and refresher training for Team Members
• Assist in developing innovative training modules and programs
• Complete training documents and reports
• Conduct engaging presentations for new team members
• Help team members complete Compliance Courses
• Evaluate Team Members to identify training needs and provide additional support
• Maintain positive and professional interactions with all team members
• Stay updated on table games Rules & Procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and team members
• Ability to adjust training pace based on learners' abilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school degree
• Previous training experience preferred
• Microsoft Office package
• Knowledge of games, operations, and company policies is a plus
• Advanced level of English
• Comfortable using relevant equipment and software
