Talent Acquisition Manager
Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Manager’s overall responsibility is to ensure the company has a seamless, efficient, candidate focused hiring strategy that produces a continual quality pipeline of applicants with a strong focus on volume hiring. The role holder will plan for and build out all recruitment and selection processes with the in-house talent team and work closely with senior stakeholders involved in recruitment. This individual will be required to build out the talent team further, support the employer branding expert in developing a compelling brand, be an expert advisor to senior stakeholders on what works, what doesn’t and influence where necessary and work closely with the wider HR team. It is a key requirement that someone has a very strong knowledge and experience in managing people and teams, local labor legislation and rules.
Key Responsibilities
Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts with senior management (volume and non-volume hiring)
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans that are efficient and seamless
Manage a team of hr professionals and input into the future state of this team
Build and manage effective relationships with the external agencies
Ensure all recruitment processes have a positive candidate experience and regularly review and address any problems that arise
Support the internal employer branding expert and HRD with employment branding initiatives
Participate and/or lead on projects related to employees attraction/retention, engagement and talent development
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement – manage the pipeline on a weekly basis with the HR Director and SMT Bulgaria
Coach or train managers on best practices in human resources
Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as talent acquisition manager – 5 years’ plus at manager level (essential)
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
In depth understanding of best practice selection methods and techniques (ideally in volume hiring)
Training or coaching manager experience (desirable)
Excellent working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases (Implementation of such systems is highly desirable)
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Excellent communicator verbal and written with the ability to succinctly communicate at senior levels (essential)
Extremely well organized with the ability to manage people well and projects
Must be a team player and demonstrate good management behaviors
Have a good awareness of the legal landscape in human resources
