Surveillance Operator

Job Overview:

Join us as a Surveillance Operator and play an integral role in maintaining the overall surveillance and protection of the premises.

Your Role:

• Maintain the strict surveillance necessary for the detection and prevention of any safety and security risks for the personnel, property, or operation of the company.
• Observe any lack of adherence to company procedures and policies, record and report it to the management of the company.
• Ensure all irregular, unusual, suspicious, or illegal activities are logged and reported as soon as possible.
• Complete assigned tasks in a professional and timely manner, meeting relevant required standards.
• Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning correctly and report any malfunctions to the DoSS immediately.
• Play an active role in creating and protecting the Department’s video evidence system and its documentation.
• Assist with investigations as directed by DoSS or other management.
• Ensure the accurate and neat recording of all activities in the logs and reporting formats provided by the Security and Surveillance Department.
• Safeguard all confidential information and exercise due care to prevent its improper disclosure or use.
• Comply with all company rules, regulations, policies, and procedures; perform all duties in accordance with the highest professional standards at all times.
• Execute other duties as directed by DoSS.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma.
• Proof of authorization to work in Bulgaria.
• Specialized knowledge – English written and spoken – intermediate level.
• Computer proficiency.
• Analytical mind, observational skills, ability to work independently, high reliability, high sense of work ethics.
• Previous experience for this position is not required.
• Fundamental knowledge of all relevant company’s SOPs.
• Full knowledge of the company property, including gaming and non-gaming areas, rooms, corridors, and all possible entry/exit points and the positions of the cameras, which monitor those areas.
• Experienced level user of CCTV and all other systems under Security and Surveillance supervision.
