Game Presenter
Job Overview:
Join us as a Game Presenter and deal table games in a professional and entertaining manner, following Company procedures while providing excellent service.
Your Role:
- Deal table games as assigned by management, according to all Company rules and procedures.
- Ensure game skills and knowledge are current and fully understand game changes as they occur.
- Greet and acknowledge all guests as required and provide friendly, excellent service to every guest.
- Demonstrate good card placement and other relevant dealing skills.
- Meet all attendance and punctuality guidelines required of the position and adhere to regulatory, Departmental, and Company policies.
- Keep all information on guest activity and Table Games Operations confidential.
- Maintain a positive rapport and professional interaction with all Team Members and those from other Departments.
- Protect all company assets at all times.
- Perform job duties in a safe manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Meet the hospitality, attire, and grooming standards at all times.
- Have a good understanding of the game presented.
- Attend required training, yearly and on the basis of assessment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proof of right to work in Bulgaria.
- A minimum of 18 years of age.
- High school degree.
- Advanced English (equivalent C1 level) or minimum Intermediate English (equivalent B1) level.
- Good camera presence and high levels of energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to really engage and connect with users/players.
- Ability to adapt to situations and multi-task under pressure.
- Ability to remain calm and composed even in high-pressure environments.
- No experience is necessary but a desire to work in a customer-facing role is important.
Important Job Information:
- As a Game Presenter, you will be spending most of your working day live on camera; hosting table games and interacting with players who are live streaming the games to their devices.
- You will be working on rotating shifts with regular breaks on site at our Sofia studio.
- The role requires individuals to work different shifts with reasonable notice. This will also involve being on-call on occasion.
- The role involves sitting for set periods of time with regular scheduled breaks.
